Expert Care

ARC, Active Rehabilitation & Chiropractic, while being a new name, was started over 40 years ago, as Nambour Chiropractic Centre by Peter Vanderwerff.

Our vision for Rehabilitation came about after Richard sustained a fall which saw him in a halo due to fractured neck and 18 other bones.

Frustrated by the slower pace of other modalities he turned to Pilates/Yoga and his training in the nervous system to help get him back on his feet and working again.

We believe that every person is unique. That is why we endeavour to bring about a wholistic approach to your musculoskeletal concerns. By integrating, Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Massage, Physical Rehabilitation, Pilates, Yoga and supplementation to help you at where you are at.

We believe we have to be actively engaged in our health matters and we are here to help you with these matters. To show you what we know can work and has worked for ourselves and for others.

We also believe that when we invest in our health today we are investing in our future. Movement is the key. Perfect practice makes perfect.

Our Clinicians and therapists are highly motivated by movement with each of them including our reception all actively engaged in movement, from Pilates, Karate, Swimming, Walking, Yoga, Gym and Chiropractic care. We are more than happy to help you along your way to better living.
